The Nova Scotia School Athletic Federation (NSSAF) grants this award to a male student who has achieved an excellent academic standing, while demonstrating outstanding leadership, athletic ability and sportsmanship during his senior high school academic year.​

In my senior year, I graduated with overall 97,6% average across all my courses. I was the captain of the Senior Male Division A Soccer and Hockey teams, helping to lead the hockey team to its second Division A Provincial Championship title in 3 years. I was also the Track-and-Field Provincial Finalist in 100m and 200m sprints.
